As an Application Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for students and youth applying for devices. You will help manage applications, guide students through the process, and ensure smooth communication between applicants and the Yantra Daan team.
Responsibilities
- Review and manage student applications received through the portal.
- Communicate with applicants to clarify details, eligibility, or missing information.
- Coordinate with the donor-matching team to connect eligible students with device offers.
- Maintain accurate records and status updates in the system.
Eligibility
- Strong communication skills (Hindi/English preferred).
- Comfortable using online forms, spreadsheets, and emails.
- Empathy and patience when interacting with students.
- Prior experience in student engagement or admin roles is a plus.
